    SONAX Profiline EXCut 05-05 1 Liter

    Coarse sanding paste for use with polishing machines, for sanding scratched or locally sanded paint layers. Powerful material removal rate with simultaneously high gloss level. Removes sanding marks up to P1500. Removes deep scratches and corrosion caused by bird droppings, insects and tree sap. Silicone-free and low-dust.

    Application:

    • Shake bottle before use.
    • Apply the product to the SONAX Lambskin Disc or the SONAX Hard Polishing Disc.
    • Polishing phase 1: pressure: 5-10 kg - speed: 800 rpm - time: 30 seconds.
    • Polishing phase 2: pressure: 1-2 kg - speed: 1200 rpm - time: 60 seconds
    • Then apply new product to the polishing pad and perform a new polishing cycle.
    • The times specified refer to one polishing cycle of an area to be polished of approx. 1 square meter with average hard paint.
    • Remove polish residues with a SONAX microfibre cloth Soft Touch or wet with a sponge or water jet.
    • Post-processing with SONAX PROFILINE FS 05-04 and SONAX PROFILINE NP 03-06 is recommended for finishing.
