This Competition Intercooler has the following core size (620 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm), which provides 132% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core, as well as the design of the end tank to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in higher flow rates and better cooling properties. With the help of additional air guides, inner inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is ensured. The result is excellent cooling properties and much less pressure drop than the standard intercooler. Despite its size, the weight of the complete intercooler is only 9.2kg.
The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 70mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. This Intercooler Kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low inlet temperatures, optimal cooling with significantly more power.
