well packaged and very easy to place. \ nPress with your thumbs the mirror that piece is all the way down so that you get a gap at the top. a screwdriver and try to get as close as possible to the center of the mirror. \ nPut the screwdriver carefully against the mirror housing and with a little pressure the old mirror will pop out like this. You keep the new mirror where you want it to go and with your thumbs you press the mirror until you hear the mirror click your thumbs a few times and press the mirror at several points and you're done. \ N
